Hush Local Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Services Policy

1. Purpose

Hush Local is an 18+ location-based social discovery and adult networking platform for adult connections, including casual encounters and kink-friendly connections. It is not a marketplace for prostitution, escort services, or other unlawful commercial sexual services.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• offer or request paid sexual services;

• advertise escorting or prostitution;

• negotiate payment for sexual activity;

• use coded language to evade moderation;

• recruit or traffic others;

• coerce, exploit, or control another person;

• assist or facilitate the foregoing conduct.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and refer matters to law enforcement where appropriate.

4. Reporting

Users should report any suspected trafficking, coercion, or commercial sexual-services solicitation immediately.

If you cannot use in-app reporting, are not signed in, or cannot access your account, contact support@hushlocal.com. Include the profile name, relevant page or profile URL, approximate dates or times, screenshots if helpful, and a brief description of the suspected trafficking, coercion, credible threat, stalking, harassment, or unlawful commercial sexual-services conduct. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
