Hush Local Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Hush Local offers Premium subscription plans billed on a 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year recurring interval. Premium may unlock expanded discovery, Invisible Mode, Visit Here, and expanded album and media capabilities according to the checkout disclosures shown before purchase.

2. Billing

Premium renews automatically on the interval selected at checkout until cancelled. The price, currency, billing interval, taxes where applicable, and included features are disclosed before checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges on that selected interval until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel an active Premium subscription through the billing management flow provided on the site or through Stripe where available. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. For a billing error, failed activation, or refund request, review the Refund and Cancellation Policy and contact support@hushlocal.com.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Subscriptions purchase access to features, not results.

5. Changes to Price or Features

We may change pricing or Premium features for future renewal periods with notice appropriate to the change, subject to applicable law. Changes do not create a refund guarantee for an already-paid billing period.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Cancelling before the end of a billing period does not automatically result in a prorated refund.

7. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing country or region.

8. Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes may affect Premium access while the dispute is reviewed, subject to applicable law.
