Hush Local Locked Album and Private Media Terms

1. Purpose

These Terms apply to locked albums, private albums, protected images, and any other restricted media feature.

2. Access Control

Locked or private media is accessible only to users you authorize or to users otherwise permitted by platform settings and moderation rules.

3. No Guarantee of Perfect Secrecy

Access controls reduce public visibility, but they do not guarantee absolute secrecy. Any person who is permitted to view content may be able to copy, screenshot, record, or redistribute it outside the platform.

4. Moderator and Administrator Access

You acknowledge that administrators and moderators may access restricted media for safety, abuse prevention, enforcement, or legal compliance.

5. Revocation

You may revoke access to locked media where the feature allows it. Revocation will prevent future access through the platform but does not guarantee deletion of copies already made by recipients or others.

6. Upload Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any media you share through locked or private albums is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

7. Retention

Restricted media may be retained for a period necessary for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or lawful requests.
