Hush Local Non-Consensual Intimate Image Policy

1. Prohibition

Non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited on Hush Local.

2. Reporting

If you believe intimate imagery was uploaded or shared without consent, if you are depicted in uploaded intimate content, or if you cannot use the in-app report button, contact support@hushlocal.com. Include the profile name, relevant page or profile URL, approximate dates or times, screenshots if helpful, and a brief description of what happened. Do not send or re-upload unnecessary intimate media.

3. Review and Action

We may remove, quarantine, restrict, or preserve the content while investigating.

4. Account Enforcement

Accounts involved in non-consensual intimate image abuse may be suspended or terminated.

5. Law Enforcement

Where required or appropriate, we may preserve evidence or refer the matter to law enforcement.
