Hush Local CSAM and Child Safety Policy

1. Zero Tolerance

Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Age Restriction

Hush Local is for adults only. Users under 18 are not permitted.

3. Detection and Review

We may use automated tools, manual review, and user reports to identify suspected child sexual abuse material or grooming behavior.

4. Immediate Action

Suspected child sexual abuse material may be removed, quarantined, preserved, and escalated internally without notice to the user where appropriate.

5. Reporting

Where required or appropriate, we may report suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the relevant authorities.

To report suspected child exploitation, sexual content involving a person who may be under 18, or a user believed to be under 18, use in-app reporting where available or contact support@hushlocal.com. Not signed in or unable to use the in-app report button? Email support@hushlocal.com with the profile name, relevant page or profile URL, approximate dates or times, screenshots if helpful, and a brief description of the concern. Do not send CSAM or unnecessary intimate media. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

6. Account Action

Accounts implicated in child exploitation may be suspended or terminated immediately.
