Hush Local Copyright and Takedown Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy explains how rights holders can report copyrighted material that they believe appears on Hush Local without authorization.

2. Reporting

A notice should include:

Send copyright notices to hush@hushlocal.com. You do not need to be signed in to report a copyright concern. Include the relevant profile or content URL if available. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated private information.

• identification of the copyrighted work;

• identification of the allegedly infringing material;

• the location of the material on the service;

• contact information for the complainant;

• a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;

• a statement that the information is accurate.

Where reasonably required, include evidence that you own or are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

3. Review

We may remove or restrict access to content following a valid report.

4. Counter-Notice or Response

Where applicable, the user may submit a response or request review.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Other Rights

This Policy does not replace takedown procedures for privacy, non-consensual intimate imagery, child safety, or unlawful content.
