Hush Local Adult Content and User Upload Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy explains the rules for user-uploaded media, profile images, album images, and image attachments on Hush Local.

2. General Rule

Users may upload media subject to moderation, review, and the Terms of Service. Uploaded content must comply with applicable law and our platform policies.

3. User Ownership and Permission

By uploading media, you represent and warrant that:

• the content is yours to upload, or you have lawful authority to upload it;

• any identifiable person depicted has consented to the upload and sharing;

• the upload does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;

• the content is not misleading, fraudulent, coercive, or unlawful.

4. Adult Images

Hush Local permits adult-oriented user uploads consistent with our moderation rules, provided the content is lawful and the person uploading the content has the right to do so. Images submitted for publication may be reviewed before being made live.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are prohibited:

• CSAM or any content involving minors;

• non-consensual intimate imagery;

• exploitative, coercive, or trafficked content;

• unlawful sexual content;

• content depicting rape, assault, or abuse;

• extortionate or blackmail content;

• content used to solicit prostitution or other unlawful sexual services;

• malware, hidden code, or deceptive content;

• content that violates the privacy or rights of others.

6. Review Before Publication

Certain uploads may be reviewed manually or by automated tools before publication. We may approve, reject, quarantine, restrict, or remove content at our discretion.

7. Reporting and Takedown

Users may report media and may request review or takedown by using in-app reporting where available or by contacting support@hushlocal.com. We may preserve reported content, metadata, and related logs where necessary.

8. Private Media and Locked Albums

Private or locked media remains subject to platform rules, moderation, and legal review. Access controls do not prevent the company from enforcing policy, investigating abuse, or complying with legal requests.

9. Revocation and Copies

If access to private media is revoked, the platform may stop further access, but we cannot guarantee removal of copies already made by recipients or others who lawfully viewed the content.

10. Enforcement

We may remove uploads, suspend accounts, or preserve content for safety or legal reasons.
