Hush Local Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all use of Hush Local, including guest sessions, free accounts, paid accounts, messages, images, albums, map features, and virtual-travel features.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the service only for lawful 18+ location-based adult social discovery, casual encounters, kink-friendly connections, communication, and related permitted personal use.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use Hush Local to:

• violate applicable law;

• upload or distribute illegal content;

• solicit prostitution or other unlawful sexual services;

• facilitate trafficking, coercion, or exploitation;

• harass, threaten, or stalk others;

• impersonate another person or entity;

• upload spam, bots, scripts, or malware;

• scrape or harvest data without authorization;

• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

• circumvent moderation, age gating, or safety features;

• interfere with map, messaging, billing, or account systems.

4. Automation and Scraping

Automated access, scraping, or bulk data collection is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of this Policy.
